Part II

Carole continued her informative presentation on the Age of Enlightenment and its influence on Jane's life. Of particular interest are the results of an archeological dig in Steventon, where she grew up.

Ann helped us understand how village and city living affected people in Jane Austen's times. May Lee presented the latest updates on, and new books in, our lending library.
